Antique 1900s Baby Hat Gathered Silk with Bow, Large Doll, issues

ERA: True vintage hat from the early 1900
MEASUREMENTS: Baby size, the doll's head is 16 inches around.
MATERIAL: ilk, ribbon, cotton lace
LABEL: none
Flat hat is about 10 inches across. It has a very shallow crown for the head - it needs ties or ribbon to hold it onto a baby's head. Made of gathered ivory-grey silk fabric. It's probably meant to be worn further back on the head than I have it shown in my photos. You're meant to see the underside of the brim which also have gathered silk and lace trim around the face. Large silk bow on the top. Silk lining inside of the shallow crown. There is a thin, partial tie on the underside of the hat. There is thin wire around the brim and the crown.

CONDITION: Good condition. The color is a dull, aged grey-ivory. Brown age spotting on the bow. The thin silk lining inside of the shallow crown is shredded. The lace on the underside if aged/lightly dirty.
