Antique 1900s Edwardian Mauve Silk Dress, with Shirred Sleeves and Cord Trim, XS 30 inch bust Vintage Gown

ERA: True vintage item from the early 1900s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 57 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 25 inch waist, 38 inches around hips. Shoulders are 16 inches wide and sleeves are 15 inches long. 13-1/2 inches from the shoulders to the waist.
MATERIAL: silk, lace, cord
LABEL: none
Floor length gown with skirt that is slightly fuller in the back. It is a slubbed silk in a mauve pink shade. Fabric trim in the center and sides of the neckline are trimmed in rayon cord of the same color. Decorative rayon knots on the bodice. The sleeves are about half length and they are shirred down the tops and undersides. Lace around the ends of the sleeves with more decorative knot buttons.
Hidden hooks down the back of the bodice and then over on the waist, down the back side of the skirt. Ivory cotton lace in the neckline on the back. Cord down the front of the skirt. Groups of pleats on the front and the back make the skirt fuller. The bodice is lined in thin cotton and the skirt is unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. The silk has small scattered holes that can be seen when the dress is held to the light. There are a few small (under 1 inch) splits in the silk. These would need to be reinforced for any chance of wearing the dress. The silk is delicate in this area. The overall color is uneven with some large areas of fade.
The lace on the ends of the sleeves are aged. The lace on the back of the neck is delicate.
