Midlength cotton petticoat with drawstring waist. It has wide white cotton lace around the hem, 4 section. Basic style.
CONDITION: Fair condition. Slightly off white front age. There is a 1+ inch tear under waist and a 1 inch square hole above the hem. Some small scattered age spots and holes. The lace has several 1+ inch holes and tears in it and the lace is fraying along most of the bottom edge.
