DAMAGED Vintage 1920s Red Silk Dress, with Pin tucks, 36 inch bust, shattered shoulders

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 41 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 40 inches around hips. Shoulders are 15 inches wide and sleeves are 23 inches long
MATERIAL: silk crepe
LABEL: none
Red crepe silk with orange undertone the tiny pin tucks down the front and the back. Pullover style with no openings, unlined. Overlapped V-neck with decorative fabric covered buttons. Faggotting stitching around the front and the back of the neckline and around the wrist. Cut straight down the sides, loops for belt but missing belt.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition. The silk is shattering across the top of the shoulders and the top of the sleeves. There are old repairs inside of the holes made of fabric that has been ironed in. The fabric is still splitting on and around the patches. The fabric across the shoulders is delicate and will continue to tear unless it is addressed properly.
