DAMAGED Vintage 1930s Black Silk Chiffon Gown, XS 30 inch bust

MEASUREMENTS: The item is 52 inches long, fits a 30 inch bust, about 27 inches at waist, 32 inches around the hips.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon, lining and lace
LABEL: none
Long black silk chiffon gown with a silk lining too. It has cream lining around the neckline under the black lace trim. Ruffle of sheer chiffon around the lace. The gown closes with snaps down the side opening.

CONDITION: Fair condition. Not wearable in present condition. The silk lining is delicate and splitting down the side along the snap opening. There are scattered small holes in the lining. The lining has been altered or replace or at the very least had extra fabric sewn around the bottom. The seams on the lining are all splitting - the old thread is dried out and.
The seams on the chiffon layer are also splitting open from old thread, including a large 15+ inch seam on the front of skirt. Some seams along the lace are splitting open too and there are tears in the lace.
