Vintage Little Girl's Floral Sundress, smocked elastic, 1980s

MEASUREMENTS: Laying flat the item is 22 inches long, unstretched 11-1/2 to 13 inches stretched across the chest.
MATERIAL: cotton blend
LABEL: 'Evy sz6T'
CLEANING: machine washed on gentle cycle, tumbled dry on low temperature
Pink, blue and yellow flowers and stripes. Lace trimmed straps and lace around the top. The top is smocked elastic, small gathers in the skirt with ruffled fabric and lace around the bottom.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. The elastic smocking is soft, not a tight hold.
