Vintage 1920s 1930s Boy's Shirt & Shorts Set with Tie, Tom Sawyer, cotton and wool, unworn

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s to 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: The set together is 23 inches long. The shirt is 11-1/2 inches across the shoulders, 14 inch long sleeves, the chest is 14 inches across laying flat.
The shorts are 11-1/2 inches long, 11 inches across the waist laying flat
MATERIAL: the shirt and tie are cotton, the shorts are wool
LABEL: 'Tom Sawyer, For Real Boys, age 8'
CLEANING: as found, they have not been washed
Boy's white cotton button front shirt with brown cotton tie. The shirt buttons to a pair of brown wool shorts. There are several buttons around the bottom of the shirt with button holes around the shorts. The shorts open on the sides with the buttons. Two pockets, wool belt with hammered silver metal buckle. The shorts are fully lined in cotton.

CONDITION: The set is in excellent condition, appears to be unworn because the label in the shirt is still crisp. The white cotton shirt is lightly off white from age.
