Vintage 1920s Dress & Vest Set, Dark Blue Silk, Border Print, 36 bust, issues

MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 42 inches long, 15 inches across the shoulders, 22 inch long sleeves, fits 36 inch bust (40 inches around chest) 36 inches around waist, 42 inches around hips.
The long vest is 39 inches long, 40 inches around chest.

Dark blue silk crepe dress with long sleeves and a long sleeveless vest top. There is a snap opneing on the top of both sleeves. Long sleeves with geometric trim on the ends of the sleeves, snap closures. Slightly dropped waist with the geometric fabric band sewn around it and hanging in two ties down the front-side. The geometric fabric is dark blue with yellow and lighter blue screenprint design. The same trim is around the hem of the dress. The vest has an open front and there is the print trim around the neck and down the front sides. Lined in same dark blue fabric.

CONDITION: The set is in good condition with issues on both pieces.
The vest has holes in the print fabric around the back of the neck, about 15. Most are small but some are 1/4 inch. The fabric is frayed and split on the seams under the arms of the vest. A few tiny 1/8 inch holes on the blue area.
The dress has a 1/8 inch hole at the front of the neck with some tiny worn spots below it.
5 small 1/8 inch holes on the front of one arm and 3 more holes on the back of that same sleeve.
Some small fine wear spots on the back of the neck and on the sleeves where the elbows would be.
There is a 1/4 inch hole on the lower back of the dress.
Much of the print trim around the hem has damaged. The silk is split on the bottom edge most of the way around the hem. On the front trim at the hem, most of the yellow squares are holes, others are fraying. There are also fraying in the fibers of the stripes. There are some old repairs where the trim had split.
