Vintage 1920s Lace Dicky Collar Modesty Panel, White Cotton

MEASUREMENTS: 21 inches long from the back of the neck to the bottom. The bottom is 8-1/2 inches wide

CLEANING: hand washed
White cotton lace piece slips over your head. Collar around the back and front piece that would have tucked into a blouse or dress.
CONDITION: Very good condition. A few tiny brown age spots and a few pin head holes on the back of the collar. The lace on the inside of the back of the neck has 2 cuts in it - not seen when worn. A little fraying on edge of lace at V-neck.
