Vintage 1920s Little Girl's Dress White Cotton Dotted Swiss, with issues, 28 inch chest

Semi sheer white cotton Dotted Swiss dress for a little girl. Pullover style with 2 hook on the back neck opening. It has cotton lace trim around the neck and the seamless short sleeves. The dress is loose fitting with 2 pinches in the fabric on the front and the back with a lace rosette on each pinch. Lace trim around the bottom. The dress is unlined.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition with some issues. There is a 1/2 inch tear/hole next to each lace rose on the front and the back. You could probably re-gather the fabric to conceal them. There are a few other smaller holes.
