Vintage 1920s Wide Brim Hat Black Velvet with Feathers, By Hahne & Co., 22 to 23 inch head some issues

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 22 to 23 inch head
MATERIAL: cotton velvet, feathers
LABEL: 'Hahne & Co. Newark, Paris'
Black velvet hat is 15 inches wide side to side and 13 inches front to back. Black silk trim on the seams of the crown. Wide brim with slight curl. Spary of iridescent feathers on one side of the crown and longer feathers curld out the side. Velvet on the underside of the brim. Silk lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. The very edge of the brim is split and has bald spots on the velvet. There is a bald spot in the velvet on the front of the crown. About half of the velvet is worn off on the underside of the brim.
