Vintage 1930s Black Gown with Burgundy Trim, 36 bust, needs seams resewn and repairs, currently in 2 pieces

ERA: True vintage item from the 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 57 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 30 inch waist, 38 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: rayon taffeta
LABEL: none
Long black taffeta evening gown with dark burgundy trim along the overlapped neckline. Shirred short sleeves, layers of black peplum around the top of the skirt. Black and burgundy layers down the back of the skirt. Pullover style with no openings.

CONDITION: Fair condition, but the thread along all of the seams is dry rotted and popping open. ALL of the seams will probably need to be resewn. After I took the photos, the back of the waist popped open across the seam just from the weight of the back of the dress. The dress has now come apart and is in 2 pieces.
Seams under arms are split. More seams are likely to split/pop open. All seams should be resewn.
There are light color stains on the lower back of the skirt on both the burgundy and the black, like a spilled drink.
