2 layers of brown felt on a shallow cap. Felt bow on the side of the cap and a bunch of light pink, brown and beige feathers around the top. Some felt showing on the top with another felt bow. Comes with 2 matching hat pins which you will need to secure.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition.
