Vintage 1940s White Cotton Nurse Uniform, WWII era, fits 33 bust Dress, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 41 inches long, 14-1/2 inches across the shoulders, fits 33 inch bust, 24-1/2 inch waist, 35 inch hips
MATERIAL: cotton
LABEL: 'Royal, made in California'
CLEANING: soaked and hung to dry
White cotton nurse uniform with groups of pintucks down the bodice n=and small breast pocket. Should button down the bodice and over on the waist and 2 buttons down the skirt. Angled patch pockets. The sleeve cuffs should be folded up, knucklehead me didn't fold them for the photos.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition with issues. There are 3 buttons missing from the bodice and a button on the skirt is broken.
There are scattered pinhead size brown spots on the dress, just a few.
There is a 1-1/2 by 1/2 inch wide area with small dark grey spots in it on the lower-side of skirt. There is a another 1 inch dark grey line below and some scattered light grey spots in the same area.
The side of the waist has several horizontal tears that are 1/2 inch to 1 inch with a 2 inch tear at the bottom. The tears are from stress wear. This needs to be patched, the tears are too thin to sewn.
