Vintage Black Wool Cape 1800s Victorian, Embroidered Capelet with Fringe, damaged as is

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 24 inches long, it is 54 inches wide end to end. Small will fit about 34 inch bust

LABEL: none
Thin wool shoulder wrap with black rayon embroidery with wide tied fringe around the bottom edges. Unlined.
CONDITION: Fair condition. A lot of the fringe along the bottom is missing and some is torn. Fringe missing along the top edge. There are tiny scattered holes over the piece. Large holes on one end. Some light red fade spots. The embroidered area on the back is very good. Pieces of the fringe are falling off.
