Velvet cap with openings around the side. Covered in 2 shades of blue with dark blue seed beads and sequins within the beaded design. There are two little tabs on the side of the hat. Padded wire frame around the sides. Comes with a matching hat pin.

CONDITION: The hats is in excellent condition. Light wear to the velvet trim around the inside of the hat.
