LABEL: 'Charming Lady' and 'New York Creation'
Black straw tilt hat that will require a pin to secure it in the back. Tilts far towards the front with large 2 tone pin feather plume. Has fine netting wrapped around the front under the feather. The netting has pale pink chenille dots.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. Some tears in the netting which will not be noticed when worn, netting does not come down over face.
