Medium shade of blue (very slightly turquoise in some light) made of a soft, fuzzy plush felt. Short cap brim in the front. Top stitched felt trim on the front and over the top. There is a short pin on the top with rhinestones.
CONDITION: Very good condition. Some light make up residue on the inner ribbon band.
