Vintage White and Blue Floral 1960s Hat with Tulle Top and Short veil, 21 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: flowers, netting, tulle
LABEL: none
Stiff based hat covered in flowers around the sides in white, shades of dark blue and a little teal green. Open too hat with sheer tulle on it. Short veil over the top.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There is a hole and a few small breaks in the veil. Veil also looks like it was cut around the bottom edges.
