MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: flowers on fabric
LABEL: union label
White rayon faille body covered with white flowers and pearl stamen.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. There are some brown age spots inside of the hat and some brown spots on some of the flowers.
