Antique Edwardian Blue Tilt Hat Straw & Feathers, damage, needs restoration

Medium shade of Wedgwood blue straw hat is about 11 inches across with wide crown and 2-1/4 inch wide brim. Spiral of feather plumes around the base of the crown. The underside of the hat has a wire base covered in straw, that raises the hat on your head. The hat would sit at an angle towards the front and you would pin it to your head at the back of the base.

CONDITION: The hat is in fair to good condition. The outside of the hat looks good, some light fade and some aging on the straw and feathers. The feathers and some of the straw strips on the crown need to be restitched in spots.
The underside of the hat is a little rougher. The lining has been removed from most of the inside. What is left is aged and the wires are poking through in the spots. The wire base has some bends and breaks. The straw between the raised base and the crown is loose and fraying in areas. Very nice display piece but will need some work on the inside to be wearable.
