Vintage 1940s Little Top Hat Topper Hat, Red & Black with Veil, by Jean's NJ

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw, oil cloth, ribbon, netting
LABEL: 'Jean's, Ridgewood NJ, Englewood NJ'
Small top hat is 3-1/2 inches tall and 9 inches wide across the brim. Red straw brim with black on the very edge. The crown is covered in black, I think it is oil cloth, or early vinyl type fabric. Black ribbon around crown with black and red ribbon tails. Black netting veil and elastic strap for the back of your head.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Some small breaks in the netting. Some wrinkles in the black material around the crown and some small wear spots.
