ERA: True vintage hat from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: shiny black cello, flowers, green ribbon
LABEL: 'The A. Polsky Co., Akron OH' and New York Creation label
This small hat is about 7-1/2 inches across with a short brim. It is made of shiny black cello. Light green taffeta ribbon band with loops behind the flowers. 2 large ivory and pale pink roses and leaves on the front. Elastic strap in the back to help hold the hat on your head from the back.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. But the flowers are dull and aged with brown spots on them.
