This black felt wide brim hat is about 13-1/2 inches wide. It has a rounded fitted top with felt bow on the back. The wide brim has gathered ivory tulle around it, topped with black tulle with grid lines.
CONDITION: Very good to  Excellent condition. There is a torn spot in the black tulle.
