MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure. The hat is 14 inches wide and 13 inches front to back.

Light pink feather plumes cover this hat which is a wide saucer with wire frame. Frame is covered in pink velvet with pink satin base under the feathers. There is a wire frame underneath to help secure the hat on your head, but you will still need a hat pin to hold it in place.
CONDITION: The feathers are excellent condition. The wire piece to hold that hat on your head has some light wear and aging on the velvet.
