Era - 1930s Measurements - 41 inches long, fits 33 inch bust, 28 waist, 35 hips Label - none Fabric - linen Cleaning - hand washed, hung to dry White linen pullover dress. It has no openings so it is a squeeze to get into. Even though it should fit my mannequins's measurements, it wouldn't go over her shoulders so in some photos I have it taped to her to show you the shape. It has a v-neck in the front, so the other fabric that you see in the fabric from the back of the dress in the neckline. Plain and simple with seam at waist, two hidden snaps on bodice. Two seams down the front of skirt that open to two pleats. Lightweight, unlined. Again keep in mind that it has no openings, you could open the side and add snaps or hooks to make it easier to get in and out of. Condition - Very good to excellent condition with a few minor flaws. Very wearable and strong. There are three 1/4 inch holes on the front, there were probaly decorative buttons on each hole that were removed. Two 1/4 inch wear holes on the side of hip. Label - none, probably home sewn Fabric - thin woven rayon Cleaning - Has been hand washed and dried Lightweight woven rayon in pink and thin white lines.Cut wide and loose fitting under the arms, trimmed on the neck and sleeves with ivory cotton lace. Ribbon tie closure. Condition - Very good condition. There are four pinhead wear holes on the upper-back. Two 1/4 inch faint brown age spots on the front, some smaller ones scattered on the back and a faint 2 inch age spot on the back. Era - 1930s Measurements - 54 inches long, fits 34- 36 inch bust, 46 inches at hips. 35 inches from shoulder to crotch, each leg is 47 inches around. Fabric - silk satin Cleaning - This item has not been cleaned Love, love, love this piece, it's been in my collection for over 10 years. One piece step in silk pajama that wraps and ties at waist. Bias cut silk satin in bold shades of red, orange, yellow and peach with red trims. Super wide legs. Condition - Vetry good to excellent condition. Colors are all bright and vibrant, fabric is strong. The red trim on the bottom of the legs has been repairs in two 1+ inch spots. There is a pinhead hole neacr the bottom of the leg and a 1 inch brown spot on the red trim on the leg. #30-901- 1930s Beaded Peach Satin Capelette - $28.00

Has beading around the front and the back of the neck, little loop of satin on the front. Single snap closure, unlined. Condition - Excellent condition. Some faint marks on the satin. Overlaps and ties at waist, ruffles down the neckline. Condition - Good condition. Light wash-n-wear look to the fabric. Era - 1930s Measurements - 60 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 25-1/2 inch waist, 38 hips, 140 inch skirt sweep around the hem Label - Fabric - silk taffeta Cleaning - Dry cleaned Awesome full length black gown made of silk taffeta - swoosh! Gathered down the center of the bodice and shirred/puffed short sleeves. Folded collar on the front of neckline slit down the back with hook closure. Ruffle around the lower half of the front of the skirt which goes around skirt and up to the behind in the back. Lower half of skirt is fuller. Unlined, metal side zipper. Condition - Very good to excellent condition. Could use a crisper ironing than I could give it. There is a 1-1/4 x 1-1/4 L-shaped tear on the side, a few inches up from hem. Era - 1938 Measurements - 8-1/2 x 8 inches Label - none, hand made Fabric - silk taffeta Interesting little purse that was entered as 'Most Appropriate gift for an elderly lady' at the 1938 New Jersey State Fair. It is made of an olive-brown taffeta with hand stitched trapunto quilting on the front and the back. Has ivory lining, two short straps and a metal zipper closure. Condition - Very good condition. There are a few small holes in the silk around the top edge fold and there is a 1/4 inch hole on the side where you can see the quilting fiber poking out. Era - 1930s Measurements - Dress is 42 inches long, fits 26 inch chest, 25 waist, full hips. Jacket is 12 inches long fits 28 inch chest. Label - none, handmade Fabric - cotton and organdy Cleaning - Has not been cleaned Handmade cotton dress and bodice for a girl. I'm guessing that it was probably made for George Washington's 200th birthday, which was a big ta-doo in 1932, but it could have been made for another event. Dress has thin and rough cotton bodice with full gathered blue floral skirt. No opeings to get into the dress. The fitted bodice has big organdy collar and puffed cuffs. White glass buttons down the front. Both pieces are unlined. Condition - Good condition. Light fade on the front and the back of the bodice and down several large sections of the skirt. The undershirt lining of the dress is rough and unfinished around the edges and torn down the side. Hem is unfinished on skirt. Era - early 1930s Measurements - 46 inches long, fits 32 inch bust, 26 waist, 38 hips Label - none, handmade Fabric - cotton Cleaning - has been hand washed and hung to dry. White cotton dress with stripes in yellow, black, blue and orange. Green buttons open on the bodice and more decorative buttons are down the front of the skirt. Unlined. Bodice is small compared to the hips. Wide loops on the waist for belt, each also has another green button. I bought this dress for myself,but the bodice is just too snug under the arms for my 34 inch bust. I was able to squeeze into the dress myself, but it tore when I was trying to get it on my mannequin. The tears have been repaired and I made a side opening with snaps to make it a bit easier to get into. Fabric is strong enough to wear. Condition - Very good condition. A 4 inch vertical tear was repaired on the back on one side, running through the waist seam, along with a 3 inch repair also through the waist seam on the other side of the back. Era - 1930s or earlier Measurements - 36 inches wide, 9 inches long Label - none Fabric - maribou feathers with silk lining Sweet little shoulder capelette covered in brown feathers. Has rayon tie cord in the front with feather son each end. The stripes of feathers are sewn on old black-brown cotton and it has a brown silk lining. Condition - Outisde body of feathers is in excellent condition. But the silk lining is all shattered and must be replaced.
