Close up #7 \ Close up #8 #DV-327- Brown and Metallic Striped Fitted Dress - $75.00 Era - 1950s Measurements - 42 inches long, fits 38 inch bust, 30 waist, 38 hips Label - none Fabric - rayon and lurex blend Cleaning - Dry cleaned Very nicely fitted dress. It's a lightweight fabric in brown with black grainy lines in it and gold metallic thread. Overlapped neckline with partial seam directly under bust and midway around the waist. Vertical darts for slight shaping. Straight skirt with kickpleat in the back. Dress has partial mesh lining in the bodice and a metal zipper down the back. No belt. Condition - Very good condition. There is a very faint brown spot on lower front of skirt, about 1/2 inch in size with a little tail below it. Another faint 1/2 inch spot below waist darts. #DV-328- Green Floral Chiffon Dress - $50.00 - Era - early 1960s Measurements - 42 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 29 waist, full hips Label - none Fabric - nylon chiffon over acetate Cleaning - Dry cleaned Pretty, floaty chiffon dress in sheer white chiffon with flowers in shades of green. Has tab with large satin covered button on the front of the neckline. Green satin belt, full pleated skirt. Metal zipper down the back. Shown with crinoline under it, which is not included. Condition - Very good condition. Someone has pinched and hand stitched a bust dart on one side, but not on the other - they only started it at the front of shoulder. Very, very faint discolor under arms, barely seen. Blue bodice is strapless under the lace. Skirt is very full from many gathers. Metal zipper down the back. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Dress has short seamless sleeves, bow under bust and several wide pleats on skirt. Dress is lined in silk chiffon and it has a metal zipper down the back. Missing belt. Excellent quality from upscale shop. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Bust, sleeves, shoulders and upper back are sheer brown lace, lined in ivory, and there is blue matte silk satin on the bust. Curved seam under bust and regular seam at waist with matching belt. Skirt has several pleats in waist for slight fullness. Metal side zipper unlined. Excellent quality from upscale shop. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Close up #5 \ Close up #6 #DV-215- Ivory Lace Dress with Flounced Bottom - $65.00 Era - 1950s Measurements - 43 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 28 waist, 36 hips Label - none Fabric - nylon lace, acetate lining, silk band and bow Slightly fitted dress, but with no seam at waist. Kinf od a dark ivor lace on ivory acetate lining. With a light taupe silk band and bow around the bottom of the fitted area. Under the bow the lace is flounced and very gathered, with horsehair trim around the edge of the lining. The acetate lining is strapless and the shoulders and sleeves are lined in tulle with a narrow strip of tulle trimming the neckline. Metal side zipper. Condition - Very good condition. There are two 1/2 inch light brown spots in the gathered lace of the bottom flounce. The silk band and bow could use a more thorough pressing. #V-763- Black Jersey and Pink Satin Dress - $45.00 Era - 1970s Measurements - 38 inches long, fits 33 inch bust, 24 waist, 42 inches wide at hips Label - Boulevard Salon, Birmingham Fabric - Black is a thin polyester knit, pink is polyester satin Really cute dress with stretchy knit black top. There is a pink satin collar and cuffs and skirt. Black velvet bow under the front of the collar. The skirt is lined and there is a nylon zipper down the back. Condition - Excellent condition. It does have a few small super light spots in skirt. #DV-792- Blue and Green Silk Floral Dress - $45.00 Era - 1960s Measurements - 39 inches long, fits 40 inch bust, 35 waist, 46 hips Label - none Fabric - silk Pretty silk dress in shades of blue and green. It has a faux wrap skirt with pleat down the front-side, trimmed with 3 fabric loopy flower doo-dads. The neckline has wide flat bow, two cut-outs and another flower doo-dad. Entire dress is lined in acetate, metal zipper down the back. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. The bust has been taken in 1 inch on each side.
